b'OFFICE OF GLOBAL LEARNINGcontinued from page 13INCREASING OPPORTUNITIES FOR GLOBAL ENGAGEMENT FOR STAFF THROUGH COIL FOR STAFFIn Spring 2025, the Office of Global Learning facilitated two COIL 4 Staff programs to provide staff with opportunities to advance their professional development and intercultural skills by working collaboratively with their professional counterparts in institutions abroad. We partnered with CEU Cardenal Herrera in Spain and So Paulo State University (UNESP) in Brazil and engaged 29 and 19 participants, respectively, with expertise in a wide range of areas, including human resources, marketing and communications, research, curriculum and evaluation, and the libraries. Through COIL 4 Staff, participants discuss their interests and professional experiences in their fields, share best practices, and explore creative ways to implement improvement projects.
