The other bedroom is already going to be taken by a French exchange student (girl). The rent is 375 per pers (great price with regards to the location and the complex itself). Utilities are not included (water is, like everywhere). Furnished (which is rarely the case). AC. Camelot is located at the North West corner of campus. It is the best location for Law students. A grocery store (Publix and CVS) is located on the opposite side of the street. The complex has a nice pool, a laundry,a gym. 2 buses stop there. I used to live SW 16th Avenue before like most of the international students and I didn't like it. On the contrary, Camelot is pretty and nice.
